If you need non-emergency assistance from a District of Columbia agency, you can call or report the issue by dialing 311. To report something online, visit 311.dc.gov. To report an issue via text, send a message to 32311 (DC311), and you will be asked a series of questions to define the issue. You may also download the DC311 app for either iPhone or Android.
